What a week. As some of you may know, I turned 20 last week! I am officially not a teenager and it feels just the same. Crazy is all I can say about what went on this week. Last Tuesday, we had a district meeting and helped people move. Wednesday was my birthday! Sister H has been having bad headaches lately so she got a new prescription that made her sick and higher that a kite, so we had to spend it in until she was able to get better. Thursday, like always, we had weekly planning and then I got sick which wasn’t fun. Friday we had a training on the new Easter video coming out. Saturday was our only normal day. Sadly, we weren’t able to get a lot done last week, but it has given us a desire to work hard this week!
One of the people we are teaching is Zoey. She has a strong testimony that the church is true, but her parents don’t feel like she is ready to be baptized. Last Thursday, we taught her about missionary work and she ended up bringing one of her friends to church on Sunday!
“For he that diligently seeketh shall find; and the mysteries of God shall be unfolded unto them, by the power of the Holy Ghost, as well in these times as in times of old, and as well in times of old as in times to come; wherefore, the course of the Lord is one eternal round (1 Nephi 10:19).
Hope you all have a great week!
Love, Sister Meza
